Responsibilities

Champion regional sales strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
Inspire, develop, and coach sales professionals to reach their full potential
Build and nurture executive-level customer relationships, positioning Edmentum as the leading provider of technology-enabled learning solutions
Ensure effective use of sales systems, tools, and CRM for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Oversee regional budgets and resources, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic objectives and drive company growth
Take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Required

You have at least seven years of direct sales experience
You are an experienced sales manager in education or technology
You excel at developing and maintaining executive-level customer relationships
You are skilled in CRM software and sales forecasting
You are a strategic thinker with strong systems orientation
You are a superior leader and team builder
You have deep knowledge of educational trends and requirements
You are highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive
You have excellent judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills
You are adept at leading and managing change
You have strong business acumen and a commitment to Edmentum's mission and values
You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Preferred

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K12 education
