Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems using plastic materials
Oversee and execute the casting and plastic injection molding processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer requirements and industry standards
Conduct feasibility studies and prototyping to evaluate design concepts
Analyze and resolve engineering problems through testing and evaluation of mechanical systems
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on plastic materials and manufacturing processes
Strong knowledge of casting and plastic injection molding techniques
Proficient in CAD software and engineering simulation tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
