Drive the architecture, design, and engineering solutioning of scalable AI-powered enterprise platforms across EXL’s strategic engagements
Anchor the technology vision across Data, CX, AI, and Automation layers, supporting both sales pursuits and client delivery
Lead Deep Tech capability, partner ecosystem and client pursuits
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in technology architecture and engineering solutions
Proven expertise in AI-powered enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of Data, Customer Experience (CX), AI, and Automation layers
Experience in leading technology vision and strategy
Ability to support sales pursuits and client delivery
Experience in managing partner ecosystems and client engagements
