Responsibilities
Create biblically faithful themes, structures, and concepts for family devotionals
Research, outline, and write a full devotional manuscript (length varies by project)
Integrate Scripture, devotional teaching, discussion prompts, and practical application
Write in a way that serves a broad range of ages while maintaining theological clarity
Collaborate with the editorial team throughout development and revisions
Ensure theological alignment with The Daily Grace Co.’s doctrinal commitments
Qualification
Required
Strong grasp of biblical theology and how all of Scripture points to Jesus
Ability to communicate theological concepts clearly for both adults and children
Understanding of family dynamics and how to engage multiple age groups simultaneously
Ability to craft devotionals that are both theologically rich and practical for everyday life
Excellent written communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable with collaborative feedback and revisions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (theology, Bible, Christian education, English, creative writing, or related fields)
