Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance, repair, installation, construction, and replacement of R&D testing units and Analytical/R&D equipment
Collaborate with experienced mechanically skilled personnel (Maintenance, Electrical/Instrumentation, Engineering, etc.)
Read, interpret, and understand diagrams, blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and other technical documentation
Develop materials lists—including tools, equipment, and parts—required for projects
Adapt to changing timelines and shifting project priorities while maintaining accuracy and safety
Communicate effectively with the broader R&D team, providing clear updates and participating in daily dialog meetings
Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and support equipment reliability
Demonstrate high attention to detail in all tasks, documentation, and safety practices
Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams daily for communication and documentation needs
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company programs
Meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
