Responsibilities
Interface Design: Deliver polished, consumer-grade interfaces for complex workflows in Auger’s SaaS platform
Design Systems: Evolve and scale our design system to enable speed and consistency
Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to rapidly move designs into production
User Research: Test and validate ideas with customers, using insights to refine workflows
High Standards: Ensure every pixel and interaction meets a best-in-class quality bar
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or complex web platforms
Portfolio showcasing high-quality design executed at speed
Fluency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong grasp of user-centered design, information architecture, and scalable systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable designing in a fast-moving startup where speed-to-build is as important as polish
