They are seeking a Hybrid Identity Protection Engineer responsible for securing Active Directory domains and Entra ID cloud environments, troubleshooting system issues, and documenting processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Installation, customization, configuration, currency, and support of Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP Directory Services support and governance tools

Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts

Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement

Oversee production releases

Monitor delivery against SLAs

Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform

Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards

Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field

2+ years of LDAP Directory Services experience

2+ years of Active Directory experience

2+ years of Entra ID experience

Preferred

Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills

Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize work without management direction and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management

Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance

Other Desired Technology Skills: One Identity Active Roles, Quest GPOADmin, threat assessment tools, MFA implementation, Privileged Access Management, Just in time, PIM, least privilege, Role Based Access Controls, scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Ansible, Bash, etc)
