Responsibilities
Develop and integrate business management principles across all responsibilities to maintain a unified and strategic approach to achieving company objectives
Spearhead the annual and mid-to-long-term strategic planning processes, encompassing the definition and refinement of the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities
Oversee the implementation of business goals, ensuring seamless alignment with the company’s overarching objectives while tracking progress through measurable benchmarks
Deliver comprehensive strategic management support to drive the effective execution of organizational objectives and initiatives
Lead feasibility assessments for key initiatives across subsidiaries, providing detailed analyses and actionable recommendations to optimize resource allocation and project success
Present evaluations and insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic alignment of subsidiary activities with organizational objectives
Manage timelines and deliverables for key projects, enhancing operational efficiency and synergy across subsidiaries
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify actionable opportunities for subsidiaries to streamline operations and improve
Cultivate strong communication channels to convey the strategic vision and plan to internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and board members
Organize and lead regular update meetings to provide insights on strategic initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization
Perform comprehensive research on global and regional industry trends, uncovering long-term business opportunities that align with strategic goals
Synthesize complex market data into actionable insights, delivering well-structured summaries and analyses of emerging trends and market dynamics
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Organizational and Interpersonal skills
Bachelor's Degree
3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience in Planning, Marketing, Analytic, and/or Logistics
Preferred
Bilingual English/Korean
Master's Degree
4 - 7 Years of Direct Experience
