Responsibilities
Engagement with a customer/vendor to understand the client’s requirement for an integration, or API and assess the effort and duration required to satisfy the requirement
With the customer, perform day in the life test cases to ensure that the integration test scenarios’ pass the vendors and customers requirements
Conduct root cause analysis to determine failures as determined by either the vendor or customer
Provide customer with updates to effort and duration if the scope of the project is changing
Follow up with customers/vendors or internal partners to drive closure of the project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years working in the integration field
Excellent English, written and spoken
Analytical thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Customer relationship acumen
Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Dayforce integration and API experience
Experience working with API's/Web Services
Technical skills requirements such as SQL
Experience in human capital management application consulting
