Account Executive
Highwire is the Contractor Success Platform for asset owners, general contractors, and facilities managers. As an Account Executive, your role is to find and close new business by identifying high-potential accounts and building a pipeline to help customers manage contractor risk effectively.

Hit revenue targets by closing new business and expanding existing accounts through up-sells and cross-sells
Build and manage pipeline by proactively sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and managing deals from first touch to close
Develop executive relationships with key stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility that supports long-term growth
Partner cross-functionally to shape and strengthen sales strategy, refine messaging, and ensure alignment with company goals
Qualification
Required
Ability to hit revenue targets by closing new business and expanding existing accounts through up-sells and cross-sells
Experience in building and managing pipeline by proactively sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and managing deals from first touch to close
Ability to develop executive relationships with key stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility that supports long-term growth
Experience in partnering cross-functionally to shape and strengthen sales strategy, refine messaging, and ensure alignment with company goals
Prepared and strategic, tailoring every interaction and follow-up to move deals forward with focus and intent
Curious and coachable, eager to understand industries, clients, and feedback, and turn that insight into better outcomes
