Responsibilities

Focus on how we optimize the customer shopping experience across our expanding portfolio of devices to better educate customers on their journey
Conducting A/B tests to optimize performance of creative placements and customer targeting
Analyzing data to create insights
Building relationships with key stakeholders
Driving long-term process improvements
Become an expert in and raise the bar with online marketing channels, including Amazon homepage, search and email
Support marketing across a diverse range of existing devices and exciting new Amazon devices
Manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

Preferred

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
