Manage Stakeholder Alignment: They act as the primary liaison between the development team and various stakeholders, including business leaders, sales, marketing, and customer support
Own the Product Backlog: The Product Owner is responsible for creating, refining, and prioritizing this list of user stories, features, and bug fixes
Create and Refine User Stories: They break down high-level features into detailed user stories that are clear, concise, and understandable for the development team
Lead Agile Ceremonies: They actively participate in Agile/Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
