Responsibilities
Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Ability to speak and translate fluent English and Spanish is required for this position
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required
Preferred
Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred
Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
