Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned business, seeking to become a trusted advisor and foster strong, long-lasting relationships
Understand client goals and objectives with accountability for the success of projects and engagements, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver measurable results
Regularly communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to clients
Work with cross-disciplinary teams and agency partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and drive integration across multiple channels
Track and report on account financials, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
Proactively expand relationships within current clients and find opportunities for organic and inorganic growth
Drive prioritization and organization of weekly/daily account activities to ensure efficient workflow and delivery
Support annual account planning process and regular updates independently and pro-actively
Lead day-to-day communications through meeting scheduling, feedback trackers, meeting notes, status documents, QA and other topics independently. Immediate client communication point of contact for day-to-day project needs. Lead project kickoff and wrap up meetings with broader partner agency senior stakeholders
Support creation of and updates to SOWs and associated contract fulfillment needs, follow-ups and approvals independently and pro-actively
Anticipate and support risk assessments independently. Works in close partnership with Discipline leads to identify and mitigate potential risks to the health/stability of the business
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional work experience in an account management role at a fast-paced digital or advertising agency
Proven experience leading complex projects and large teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships
Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills
Strong financial acumen
Proven experience leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in the beauty/cosmetics category and/or managing global campaigns or partnerships with international markets
