Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for customer, vendors, project team, and office support
Owns contract, budget, schedule, project planning and execution
Responsible for quality assurance and quality control for the project
Ensures work is consistent with plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction
Resolve inter-group conflicts, project conflicts and delays as required to meet project construction goals
Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that requested materials are expedited and received as needed for the construction of a project
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience
Project management experience in industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction
Basic understanding of building construction schedules
Working from project jobsites throughout DFW and North Texas
Preferred
Willing to travel is a plus
