Responsibilities
Lead all test automation activities and collaborate with multiple teams
Own stakeholder communication and reporting
Establish clear goals and KPIs; create operating rhythms (standups, reviews, postmortems) to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Design and creation of automated test suites across various services and applications
Oversee support for bugs reported from customer channels, including investigations, writing bug tickets, and verifying resolution
Perform functionality testing on the Rad AI product, including verifying feature implementations and testing new releases (writing bug tickets)
Collaborate to ensure project deadlines were met effectively and consistently
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success leading projects against ambitious goals with clear, measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to drive clarity and alignment across technical and non-technical audiences
6+ years of general software programming experience with typescript and python, including regular use of major scripting languages. An additional consideration for experience with Object-oriented programming languages (C#, Java, etc.)
Comfortable writing Unit Tests
API testing experience (C#, ASP.NET, Core Minimal API, FastAPI, GraphQL, Postman)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Experience working with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Circle CI)
Working knowledge of SQL
Preferred
Experience working with AWS and/or Google Cloud
Healthcare/Medical industry experience, ideally in a startup environment
Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or other automation frameworks
