Responsibilities
Assist in Front End Engineering
Provide administrative and clerical support specifically related to Document Control activities, managers or staff
Maintain files, logs, records and other related documentation
Update information in system according to buyers, planners, program managers request
Process documentation per requester and assist Change Analyst
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4-6 years experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have good Microsoft Office skills
Previous Data Entry experience
Intermediate excel
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which requires the individual to quickly update various department schedules
Must be able to work overtime
Must be detail oriented
Preferred
4-yr degree preferred
