Responsibilities
Operate a sewer camera to diagnose pipe issues such as roots, breaks, or collapses
Communicate findings clearly to customers and build trust through honest explanations
Develop and present repair solutions, including excavation and trenchless relining
Provide quotes and close sales based on the customer’s needs and video evidence
Maintain detailed notes and use technology to create accurate job records
Represent the MasterTech brand with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Sales experience
Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving instincts
Comfortable working in all weather conditions and job site environments
Self-motivated and organized with strong communication skills
Ready to work on a base + commission pay structure
Valid driver's license (Class E or willingness to obtain)
