Lead and grow key client accounts, owning strategy, execution, and results

Partner with leadership to develop integrated programs across media, influencers, events, partnerships, and cultural moments

Deliver compelling storytelling through high-impact media and influencer coverage

Demonstrate exceptional media relations skills across broadcast, print, digital, podcasts, and emerging platforms

Craft thoughtful proposals, press materials, and unique pitch angles efficiently

Guide account teams on deliverables, timelines, and quality while mentoring and developing talent

Provide trusted strategic counsel to clients and serve as a day-to-day partner

Represent clients at media events, press tours, and experiential activations

Cultivate relationships across media, industry, and culture; identify and pitch new business growth opportunities

Manage budgets, performance metrics, and timely reporting

Required

7+ years of public relations experience with a strong foundation in lifestyle, health & wellness, beauty, natural foods, and consumer brands, and thought leadership

Exceptional media relations skills across broadcast, print, digital, podcasts, and emerging platforms

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering smart solutions and high-impact results

Experience leading teams and mentoring team members

Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance long-term vision with daily execution

Well-connected, media-savvy, and confident in pitching breakthrough ideas

Organized, proactive, positive, and energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment
