Provide critical support for access control, biometric, Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM), lobby kiosk, and other security system applications

Implementing configuration changes

Resolving integration challenges

Maintaining efficient, secure, and reliable operation of large-scale access control environments

Required

Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English

Skilled in providing critical support for access control, biometric, Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM), lobby kiosk, and other security system applications

Experience with security system applications such as RightCrowd, HID SAFE, Lenel, and Alcatraz AI

Responsible for implementing configuration changes, resolving integration challenges, and maintaining efficient, secure, and reliable operation of large-scale access control environments

Ability to work in-office generally 2-days or less

Willingness to travel up to 25% globally as needed
