Provide critical support for access control, biometric, Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM), lobby kiosk, and other security system applications

Implementing configuration changes

Resolving integration challenges

Maintaining efficient, secure, and reliable operation of large-scale access control environments

Required

Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English

Skilled in providing critical support for access control, biometric, Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM), lobby kiosk, and other security system applications

Experience with RightCrowd, HID SAFE, Lenel, and Alcatraz AI

Responsible for implementing configuration changes, resolving integration challenges, and maintaining efficient, secure, and reliable operation of large-scale access control environments

Based in Bay Area & within a commutable distance to Oracle offices in Redwood City, Pleasanton &/or Santa Clara, CA

Ability to work in-office generally 2-days or less

Up to 25% travel - some global - may be required, as needed
