Responsibilities

Evaluate proposed changes for their impact on cost, schedule, materials, and product performance
Ensure all changes are properly documented and align with company and regulatory standards
Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes to minimize disruptions to production and operations
Participate in initiatives to enhance the change management process, streamline workflows, and reduce lead times
Track progress, report on the status of changes, and facilitate meetings to address issues and concerns across departments

Required

Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or any related STEM degree with 2 years of relevant experience (0 years with a MS)
Able to work independently with hands-on experience in operating process and metrology tools, gathering, and analyzing data
Must be able to work independently, providing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems
Direct experience with semiconductor fabrication, working a large percentage of time in a Class 100 cleanroom environment
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)
Understanding of business processes, best practices, and QMS components for managing changes in a semiconductor or microelectronics fabrication line
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present frequent updates to management
Must be willing to work on site 100% of time
Limited travel to local Northrop Grumman facilities may be required
This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance per business requirements

Preferred

Active US government security clearance per business requirements
Experience in change management, change control, or change execution
Experience with starting up a modern automated or semi-automated new semiconductor manufacturing line
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of engineering change control systems and methodologies
Familiarity with relevant engineering disciplines
Experience with the product development and manufacturing lifecycle
Experienced with implementing new CMS components
Has worked with Applied Materials SmartFactory CIM solution
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software tools, i.e. Atlassian tools stack - Jira, Confluence
