Enterprise Sales Director – Cybersecurity Marketing Services

They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across their advisory and account-based marketing services, engaging with senior-level marketing leaders to align strategies with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of CyberTheory’s value proposition, service offerings, and cybersecurity market positioning to effectively engage and educate prospects
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through a mix of strategic outbound prospecting, targeted ABM initiatives, networking, and partnership development
Own the full enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing new enterprise customers
Engage senior-level marketing and business decision-makers (CISO, CMO, VP of Marketing, VP of Growth, etc.) to uncover challenges, define opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive
Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to align on client objectives, ensure successful onboarding, and maximize long-term client satisfaction and retention
Contribute to the evolution of CyberTheory’s go-to-market and demand generation strategies by providing market feedback and client insights
Forecast and report accurately, maintaining strong command of pipeline metrics, revenue projections, and quarterly sales quotas
Represent CyberTheory and ISMG at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings to expand brand visibility and partnerships
Travel as needed (<10%) for enterprise client meetings, presentations, and events

Required

10+ years of experience selling to enterprise marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing teams
Proven success closing mid- to large six-figure marketing services or consulting deals with enterprise clients (cybersecurity or B2B technology sectors highly preferred)
Experience conducting strategic outbound prospecting and developing new client relationships from the ground up
Deep understanding of enterprise marketing strategy, including ABM, campaign planning, demand generation, content marketing, and data-driven campaign strategy
Solid grasp of the IT and cybersecurity landscape, including key players, challenges, and trends
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level marketing decision-makers
Experience managing longer enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and complex negotiations
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills — both written and verbal
Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, curiosity, and ambition to grow a fast-evolving business
