Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings
Qualified to repair injection molding equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment at facility as required
Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate injection molding equipment. Maintain industrial control system
Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely
Create and report repairs at end of shift. Complete required paperwork, document parts and material usage
Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required
Qualification
Required
(4) or more years of experience
A Journeyman's License/Certification is REQUIRED/MANDATORY - NO EXCEPTIONS
Should possess exceptional knowledge, experience and qualifications in maintenance and machine repair
Education required: High School Diploma/GED
Must possess strong skills and experience with: Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical experience is required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organization
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
