Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates
Schedule technical interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth interview logistics
Present shortlisted candidates to stakeholders, clearly communicating qualifications, fit, and potential impact
Maintain clear and ongoing communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical recruitment experience in the LATAM region, specifically within IT and technology profiles
Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, from software engineers to data scientists, DevOps, and more
Strong ATS experience and the ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with high-quality candidates
