Salesforce Solutions Engineer (Field Service)

Responsibilities
Day-to-day client execution across Salesforce clouds and connected tools
Discovery, delivery, and adoption, translating client pain into real solutions
Sprint planning, backlog management, and task prioritization that move the work forward
Asking sharper questions that get to the root of client challenges
Clarifying requirements and surfacing edge cases before they derail builds
Capturing and sharing best practices to uplevel peers and future projects
Stepping in when a client can’t quite explain what they need, but you can see it
Providing context or a pattern to guide the next move when a teammate needs it
Connecting the dots when the business goal is fuzzy
Qualification
Required
Has 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with Admin certification (bonus for Platform App Builder, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, etc.)
Has worked across Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds, and knows how to match solutions to business needs
Communicates clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams
Has played roles like Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Consultant, comfortable in meetings and sprints alike
Knows how to plan, deliver, and adapt in fast-moving environments
Has a specialty area: CPQ, FSL, integrations, Experience Cloud, or data (or is eager to build one)
