Responsibilities
Leverage deep domain expertise to provide guidance to multi-disciplined development teams
Ensure teams are focused on winning solutions
Share your knowledge and elevate less experienced team members
Combine PWM controller, power stage, and PDN models to provide critical, decision-making guidance to both product development and customer engagements
Win customers’ trust by superior technical consultation and design service, and secure strategic position through technology leadership and partnership
Lead the System Application team and coordinate the resources available to ensure coverage of the customer engagements from concept and proposal to design execution and validation
Qualification
Required
Broad knowledge in power electronics (offline and in-system power conversion, topology and control, latest power semiconductor device and passive component technologies etc.)
Deep technical strength in high performance multiphase power management related to CPU's and other high current ASIC's
Excellent communication skills, including customer facing
Previous design or application team management experience
Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant semiconductor or in-system/on-board voltage regulator experiences with hands-on lab and simulation capabilities
MS or PhD degree in EE – power electronics preferred
