Responsibilities
Performs specific audit procedures or tasks as assigned and/or directed
Prepares workpapers and communicates audit findings to appropriate personnel; supports supervising auditor in completion of assigned responsibilities
Conducts interviews with client personnel to assist in the evaluation of internal controls
Executes and completes audit fieldwork according to established procedures; documents internal controls
Recommends internal control process improvements as necessary and/or appropriate
Travels to HHC facilities and other locations as assigned and/or necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned and/or directed
Qualification
Required
A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field of study
Preferred
Preferred one to two years of satisfactory experience in internal auditing, Accounting, Finance and/or public accounting
