Preparing an executing all funding procedures

Post-Closing reviews to validate documents, and exceptions to ensure completeness and accuracy before moving it to loan servicing

Process and Manages payoff requests as part of post-closing procedures

Submits mortgage documents for recording and verifies completion to maintain compliance

Performs GL reconciliation to confirm proper loan funding and payoff processing

Ensure documents are renamed according to the correct naming conventions

Required

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required

Related experience and secondary education preferred

Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively

Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use
