Responsibilities

Our Tax Resourcing services are designed to help clients with direct and indirect tax needs related to the provision process, compliance, audit defense, planning, and transaction-related initiatives, as well as broader business transformations such as IPO readiness and system implementations

Qualification

Tax compliance experienceCPA certificationCorporate compliance experienceProvision experienceAdvanced Excel skillsEntrepreneurial spiritCommunication skillsTeam player

Required

Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
Tax Accountants from large CPA firms with 3+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate
Strong corporate compliance experience is required, while partnership experience is a plus
Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associate to Associate Manager
Strong computer desktop skills required
Demonstrated career progression and job stability

Preferred

CPA or progression towards
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable
