Responsibilities
Design and manage IAM solutions, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control frameworks
Ensure secure access by managing authentication and authorization processes for both internal and external systems
Define and configure conditional access policies to enforce a zero-trust security model
Collaborate with teams to establish access requirements and permissions for systems
Monitor and audit user activities to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
Implement identity federation and integration between on-premises and cloud environments
Automate IAM processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Qualification
Required
Design and manage IAM solutions, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control frameworks
Ensure secure access by managing authentication and authorization processes for both internal and external systems
Define and configure conditional access policies to enforce a zero-trust security model
Collaborate with teams to establish access requirements and permissions for systems

Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure AD
Strong understanding of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
Analytical skills to assess security risks and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation
Preferred
Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX
Relevant certifications like Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or CISSP
