Responsibilities

Deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment

Own the end to end data analytics infrastructure, from data pipelines, warehousing, modelling and reporting

Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions

Analyse company data to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

Developing and maintaining data models to support analytics

Create interactive dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights

Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies

Championing data-driven decision making across the organisation and driving the advancement of analytical capabilities

Required

2+ years of experience working as a data engineer, analyst or analytics engineer

Strong SQL skills are essential

Demonstrable experience using visualisation tools, preferably Tableau

Knowledge of data warehousing and modelling, preferably using dbt

Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behaviour and conversion performance

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of machine learning models & techniques preferred

Start-up experience preferred
