Drive transformative strategic partnerships within our pharmacy innovation ecosystem
Identify, structure, and execute complex partnerships
Architect partnership strategies
Develop comprehensive frameworks
Serve as the primary interface for vendor relationships
Manage critical escalations and communications across complex organizational landscapes
Conduct rigorous due diligence
Develop compelling business cases
Cultivate high-potential partnership opportunities that drive significant value

Qualification

Required

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
5+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

Preferred

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
