The role involves performing various maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance within the apartment community.

Responsibilities

Complete daily work orders and apartment turns
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Perform painting, drywall repair, and carpentry
Complete preventative maintenance and basic grounds care
Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop

Qualification

Required

1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
Experience with drywall, painting, carpentry
Experience with plumbing repairs (copper pipe, fixtures, toilets)
Experience with electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
Experience with appliance troubleshooting (washer/dryer, fridge, stove)
Experience with gas & electric water heaters
EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification REQUIRED
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation REQUIRED
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call every 4 weeks
