Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data related to production, supply chain, and resource utilization

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, costs, and operational performance

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and recommend practical improvements

Assist with forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning to support production and inventory goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor process improvements

Utilize software tools, including Global Shop ERP and Excel, for improved data management and workflow evaluation

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; ability to work effectively across departments and with all levels of the organization
