Responsibilities

Messaging & Positioning: Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that highlights Nile’s unique value proposition in networking and security
Narratives & Storytelling: Craft compelling stories and visual narratives for customers, prospects, and partners that connect technical innovation to business outcomes
Content Development: Own the creation of key marketing assets including solution briefs, whitepapers, customer presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and website content
Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with Sales and Channel teams to build enablement material that equips field teams and partners to effectively sell Nile’s solutions
Launch & Campaign Support: Work with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events with consistent messaging and impactful collateral
Market Intelligence: Stay close to customer pain points, market dynamics, and competitive trends to ensure messaging remains relevant and differentiated
Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Product Managers and Technical Product Marketers to align on roadmap priorities, proof points, and technical validation

Required

7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or related roles in the technology industry
Strong background in infrastructure technology—preferably networking, security, or cloud
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences
Proven experience building compelling product and customer narratives
Demonstrated success developing marketing content and sales collateral that drives adoption and revenue
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work out of our San Jose, CA offices at least 3-days a week
