Responsibilities

Equipment and labor capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and evaluate alternatives to elevate capacity

Data analysis to identify trends in performance and opportunities for improvement

Manage factory loading, cycle time and inventory levels to satisfy demand and service levels

Lead cross functional improvement teams to solve complex problems

Set and monitor short and long term goals for the entire operation

Establish priorities for process improvement and capital expenditure based on resources available and financial impact

Schedule production activities to ensure productive resource allocation and on time delivery

Report on Operations performance to Staff

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience

Expertise in Statistical Analysis and Lean principles

Mastery of Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of FabTime, SQL and other computer languages to aid data mining

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person

Preferred

MBA or MSIE

Semiconductor manufacturing background is desired
