Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs & offer solutions
Build customized HVAC system options that fit their home and budget
Walk customers through the advantages of our Mom Approved equipment, memberships, and indoor air quality upgrades
Provide accurate estimates and thoughtful recommendations
Collaborate with our Install, Service, and Customer Care teams to deliver a seamless homeowner experience
Follow up on open opportunities and nurture long-term relationships
Represent AirWorks in the community with pride, warmth, and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Natural relationship-builder who genuinely cares about people
Comfortable presenting options, guiding decisions, and earning trust
Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
Organized and able to manage follow-ups and appointments
Motivated by both serving families and achieving performance targets
Skilled with tablets/technology
Sales experience helps, but heart, honesty, and great communication matter most
Preferred
Service Titan experience is a plus
