DisplayMax is hiring experienced Project Leads to join our dynamic travel team. In this role, you will supervise a team working on in-store remodels, manage project scope, and serve as the point of contact between DisplayMax, the client, and the project manager.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide on-site team members throughout the project

Assign and manage daily tasks to ensure all scope of work is completed on time and to spec

Communicate directly with the Project Manager and client contact

Submit accurate daily reports and team evaluations

Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times

Ensure team members are clocking in/out appropriately

Train and support new team members on job specifics

Monitor team behavior and performance, reporting concerns to HR and completing write ups and reports when needed

Adhere to company procedures and safety standards

Perform hands-on work such as shelf resets, VCT flooring, millwork, and merchandising
