This role is vital in driving efficiencies and improvements in federal programs and processes, leading and managing largescale, complex federal programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage largescale, complex federal programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with federal regulations

Develop and implement strategic program plans, ensuring the delivery of quality services

Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration among stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness

Utilize Agile methodologies to drive program improvements, manage risks, and optimize operational performance

Prepare and present program performance reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Engage with various levels of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and garnering support for program initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, with at least 5 years in managing largescale, complex federal programs or initiatives

Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification is required

Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing crossfunctional teams and competing priorities

Experience in program planning, risk management, and performance reporting

Excellent communication skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at the executive level
