Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer / Entry-Level SharePoint Developer to support the System Analyst and program team by documenting and enhancing the organization’s SharePoint environment. This hybrid role involves technical writing and foundational SharePoint development responsibilities to ensure system clarity and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

Assist the System Analyst to:

Document the current design of SharePoint, including its taxonomy, metadata parameters, security configuration, navigation, site hierarchy, and permission structure

Document the current SharePoint architecture, assess the health of the current implementation, and develop a roadmap for modernization and stabilization

Document existing workflows

Document development standards and best practices

Document test cases

Document technical features of the application

Document reports and dashboards

Develop user and administration guides for developed applications

Develop Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation

Support program/project planning and milestone development

Develop Weekly Status Reports on tasks and activities

Supporting Service Desk Tickets assigned by management

Troubleshoot issues with the current application and participate in the development of new product features
