Mid LevelEiffage Énergie Systèmes is involved in civil engineering specialties and is seeking an HSE Advisor to strengthen project management capabilities in Sweden. The role focuses on implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance on a significant construction project for a green steel mill.

Responsibilities
Implement HSE policy on site and ensure regulatory compliance
Carry out HSE inspections and audits and follow up on corrective actions
Train and raise awareness among staff on safety and environmental requirements
Participate in risk assessment and the implementation of prevention plans
Draft and update HSE documentation (procedures, plans, reports)
Ensure HSE coordination with subcontractors and the client
Help establish a proactive safety culture on site
Qualification
Required
HSE experience in industrial or construction projects
Knowledge of HSE regulations and international best practices
Fluent English essential
Rigorous, pedagogical and team-oriented
Preferred
Experience in an international environment appreciated
