Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day operations within eDiscovery & Data Management
Leading and mentoring the eDiscovery team
Developing and executing protocols for data governance and litigation support
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Providing strategic guidance on work assignments
Advising on approach and priorities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet objectives
Receiving assignments in the form of objectives and determining resource allocation to achieve schedules and goals
Recommending policy changes and establishing procedures based on workload and demand
Working on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including current business trends
Acting as an advisor to subordinates to resolve technical challenges and meet deadlines
Managing coordination of departmental activities including document review, legal hold and data preservation

Required

8- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a management role
Strong knowledge of eDiscovery principles (EDRM) and Legal Hold Administration and management
Strong technical expertise combined with business acumen
Ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
This role requires a high level of organization, strong technical skills and the ability to distribute the workload
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of both technical and business needs

Managing multiple projects and personality types a plus
