Responsibilities
Assist in generating reports for management and auditors
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and account status
Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system
Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
General knowledge of vehicle titles
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Strong communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
