Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and perform complex mechanical repairs on production and facility equipment
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance following company protocols
Oversee and coordinate work performed by external maintenance contractors
Order parts and supplies through our approved vendor systems
Participate in daily Facilities Team meetings to prioritize tasks and align with leadership
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities—both corrective and preventive
Assist with scrap metal collection and coordinate recycling efforts
Support winter safety by clearing snow and de-icing walkways when needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in a mechanical maintenance or related role
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals
Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and process improvement
