Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support on the ongoing management of HR Technology and People Analytics with a focus in the Talent and Learning domain
Collaborate with our HR stakeholders to design and optimize talent and learning management processes, including performance, succession, career development, and learning journeys
Drive the development of people analytics capabilities, including dashboards and predictive insights
Serve as a key liaison between HR and IT and Data Office, to ensure HR solutions meet evolving organizational needs
Ensure process and data integrity, security, control and compliance across all HR systems and analytics platforms
Stay current with HR Technology and People Analytics industry best practices to ensure HKEX remains at the forefront of digital HR transformation

Required

Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of HR Technology experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the HR domain for Talent, Learning, or People Analytics
A good understanding of HR processes related to performance, development, and learning, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as pivot tables
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing priorities, leadership qualities, and attention to detail
Ability to write and articulate clearly in English

Preferred

Experience with people analytics, including data visualization tools – Power BI and Tableau and Workday – Talent and Learning module would be advantageous
