Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails from agents, providing clear and courteous assistance during the contracting process
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for agents on carrier contracting and certification requirements
Guide new agents through the onboarding process, making it smooth and straightforward
Address agent inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and online meetings
Demonstrate our company's values in all interactions and decisions
Work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to new systems and processes as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse agent base
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe software, with a willingness to learn new technologies
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
Self-Starter and Team Player: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Preferred
Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, account management, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Experience: Experience with Medicare or insurance contracting is a plus
