Responsibilities
Lead and manage a variety of surveying projects
Schedule office and survey crews
Coordinate with Clients and survey staff
Oversee preparation of boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
Draft plats, legal descriptions, subdivision/parcel maps, and Records of Survey
Support and guide field survey teams
Provide QA/QC on survey documents
Collaborate with civil engineering and planning departments
Assist in proposal preparation for new project opportunities
Qualification
Required
California-licensed PLS
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting
Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed client expectations
Eager to grow professionally and help shape the future of our survey practice
