Responsibilities

Define and evolve our moderation and trust & safety vision and roadmap

Build and lead a high-performance, distributed moderation team, owning hiring, training, and quality assurance

Own and evolve moderation policies and community guidelines, and lead high-risk content escalations

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define and evolve safety tooling, including AI moderation

Define and report on moderation KPIs, delivering exec-level insights on platform health and safety risks
