Business Development Manager (Fractional, Part-Time)
YMT Ads is seeking a fractional Business Development Manager to open U.S. media-agency doors and drive early-stage commercial traction. This part-time role focuses on initiating senior-level relationships and leveraging existing networks to introduce YMT's ad tech offerings to media buyers.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new media-agency prospects across holding companies, independents, and digital specialist shops
Leverage existing relationships to introduce YMT's ad tech offerings to U.S. media buyers and strategy teams
Set up high-quality introductory and capabilities meetings between YMT leadership and agency decision-makers. Conduct early pitch meetings and presentations
Maintain an active outreach pipeline using email, LinkedIn, and light CRM updates
Support follow-ups, coordinate next steps, and manage light sales nurturing across agency accounts
Provide topline U.S. market feedback and insights to help shape product positioning and opportunities
Drive measurable revenue outcomes with a part-time fee + commission incentive structure
Qualification
Required
Experience working in or selling to media agencies (planning, buying, programmatic, digital)
Strong understanding of ad tech, programmatic, and media-investment workflows
Self-starter comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
Global partnerships understanding and awareness
